“Just rest” is a three hour mini-retreat designed to completely rest and restore your whole being. This is a practice-only retreat, meaning we spend the entire time in restful practices.
We will begin with a carefully crafted moon-style hatha practice designed for calm. We will use forward fold poses and gently lengthened exhalations to gather the restless mind into a state of peace and ease, followed by pranayama for deep calm and meditation for stillness.
This will be followed by a full length restorative yoga practice for deep rest, and then a guided yoga nidra for ultimate relaxation. You will leave feeling restored, renewed and refreshed.
