Immerse yourself in 7 days of yoga practice, theory, philosophy and history.

Students can participate in the program and take your practice to the next level practicing Hot Vinyasa and hot yoga postures from our sacred  lineage in Calcutta, India.

Certified Yoga Teachers can earn an 80 hour certification to teach The Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa Flow.
